    Lehi HVAC Work Experience

    Lehi HVAC Repair

    In mid June, William, a homeowner in Lehi reached out to us to fix his HVAC System. It wasn’t blowing cold air. We sent our technician to diagnose the issue. Usually when the AC doesn’t blow cold air it is has something to do with the AC compressor or the coolant in the system. 

    For William’s AC, we quickly identified that he has a small leak in his AC which reduced the amount of coolant in his system.  Because the AC is so old, it used R22 coolant which is out dated and expensive. We offered to refill his AC to get him through the summer, and gave him a quote to replace the old unit. Because the unit is on it’s way out, it wasn’t worth it to find and repair the small leak. 

    Lehi HVAC Fix

    Tim, a Lehi homeowner reached out to us since there AC wasn’t working. Tim has two Air Conditioners for his home. Both units were showing their age and as we ran our diagnostics we quickly identified that the issue was with the Capacitor on both units. We were able to replace both capacitors that day and have the home full of cool air shortly after. 

    Lehi Heating Fix

    LaDan reached out to us to review her Lehi home furnace. She had been having trouble with the thermostat which was causing heating issues. We ended up reprogramming her digital thermostat and checked the motors and capacitors of the furnace. We found a leak in the drain plug which we tightened and as a courtesy we replaced her air filters.
