"We needed Central Air installed, and a new furnace. We got several bids from other companies. For appliances of the same quality, and the installation, Eager Heating and Cooling was by far the least expensive. I felt like they were totally honest with me, and never felt like they were trying to sell me more than I needed. Pleasant Grove AC Installation

Anna, a custom of ours in Pleasant Grove, reached out to us to replace her AC that went out. The year prior she had replaced her furnace and had worked with a different HVAC company to do that. She didn’t like her experience with them and came to us to replace the AC.

We sent out a crew to remove the old AC and install a Goodman 3 Ton 13 seer AC.

Brian had reached out to us in early August with an AC that went out. That same day we sent out our technician to try and repair the unit. Unfortunately, we determined that the 15 year old system would need to be replaced. Because the AC and Heater were the same age, Brian decided to replace both units.

We sent a crew the next day to install a Day and Night 3 ton, 16 seer single stage Mainline AC system. We also installed a 96% efficient variable speed furnace. We were able to connect to the existing duct, gas and electrical lines and replaced both units within the same day.

Furnace Repair in Pleasant Grove

One of our customers, Sue had a rental property in Pleasant Grove and was having issues with her furnace. The biggest issue was that her furnace would “short cycle” which means it would turn on for short amounts of time and hardly heat the home. She had an inspector come out and they couldn’t find the issue. She called us worried that she would need to replace the unit.

We sent our technician out. He quickly found that 2 of the 3 return vents were covered. This blocked a majority of the air flow which caused the furnace to overheat, which resulted in the short cycle. We let the customer know and helped them uncover the return air ducts.

Dallin is a long time customer of ours with various rental properties in Utah County. One of his rentals had an AC that went out. We sent a technician to the home to do an inspection. We found that there was a leak in the line. Unfortunately the leak was not easily accessible. The cost to repair the leak would have been $1,400. Because of this, and the fact that the unit was already 10 years old, the Dallin decided to replace the entire unit.

We installed a Day and Night 2.5 ton 15 seer air conditioning system. we also installed a 96% efficient two stage variable speed furnace. We connected to existing duct, electrical and gas. We were able to remove and install the new equipment within the same day.

Jerry was referred to us by one of his neighbors. Jerry needed to replace his AC and sent out bid request from various Utah county HVAC companies. This is something we advise all of our customers to do. This ensures that you get multiple opinions and are able to choose the right company for you.

Luckily for us, we had a referral who vouched for our work. Jerry selected us to replace his air conditioner. We replaced the AC with a Day and Night 3 Ton 14 seer AC system. For Jerry, we gave our military discount as a “thank you” for his service in the military.

Jodi called us to look at her AC. She noticed that the AC wasn’t blowing cold air. Our technician was able to find that the AC was low on R-22. We mentioned that we could recharge the unit, but this usually means that there is a leak and that this would need to be repaired. The unit was 11 years old, which means it was coming on on the time when ACs need to be replaced. We gave her the choice, but advised that we recharge the unit this year, and come back and check next year to see if it needs to be replaced.
