American Fork AC & Heating Work Experience

American Fork Fireplace Repair

Tim, from American fork, called our office in early June because his fireplace wasn’t working. The switch to turn on the fireplace, and the other to switch on the fan were both not working. We sent our technician Brian to repair the next day. Brian quickly diagnosed that the thermocouple was bad. We also found that the gas valve was bad as well. Brian able to replace those parts in the same visit and got the fireplace working right away.

American Fork AC Install and Minisplit install

Natalia, a new resident in American fork, texted our office after getting a referral from one of our other clients. She had recently moved into a single family home that was split into 2 units to allow for an apartment. The previous residents didn’t split the units to allow for two separate controls and air settings between the units.

We sent our technicians, Ryan and Nate, to install the new AC and mini split. We installed a new Daikin 1.5ton dual head minisplit system. With this in place, Natalia can now split the units air effectively allowing both units to control their air.

American Fork Fireplace Repair

Reuben, a resident in American Fork, called our office in November explaining that his fireplace would not start. He mentioned that the pilot was lit, but the fireplace wouldn’t fire up.

We sent our technician Christopher to clean the fireplace which included all parts and glass. We also replaced the gas valve and with all of that in place the fireplace was able to be lit and heat again.

American Fork New HVAC Install

Deborah, a new resident of American fork, has been a long time customer of ours. Over the years we had occasionally serviced her furnace and air conditioner in her Lehi home. When she moved to American Fork, she asked us to bid on a complete replacement of her new home’s furnace and Air Conditioner.

We were selected to do the install and we sent Christopher and Nate to her home to complete the install. We installed an 80,000 btu Amana furnace and a 16 sear 2.5 ton Air Conditioner. Because the units we installed were more efficient than the ones we replaced, we needed to run a new line set between the units. We also needed to cap the old flue and install a new flue to fit the new furnace.

Although a large job, our crew was able to remove the existing units and install the new units within the same day.
