We were not disappointed! The workman who helped us, Paris, thoroughly cleaned the fireplace, which fixed the problem! Apparently, a sensor had become dirty, so it didn't work. "I cringe when I have to call new repair people. I try friends first that are in the service business to see who they use. Eager was that type of recommendation and I have been SO impressed. We have three units and ALL have had to be looked at in the past month. I tried them on the first breakdown of the initial unit and wouldn't use anyone else again. "Brain was right on time as scheduled. I had 2 gas fireplaces that were not working. I had gone onto Youtube to try to fix the problems myself - tried everything, cleaned the thermopile, replaced the thermopile and it still didn't work. Brian came and in a few minutes figured out the problem and fixed it. (was a wiring issue) On the 2nd fireplace I couldn't even get the pilot light to go on. I had been tinkering with this for 2 years and couldn't get it to work. I go downstairs and Brian had it quickly working. He said it just needed a good cleaning and it started right up. Brian also cleaned the glass on both fireplaces. They both look amazing. Brian was professional and did a great job. My only advice is to test your fireplace early in the season - like maybe October because if you need it fixed and call in November or December they are way back logged."

"We transitioned from a swap cooler to central air. We had several bids done, but ultimately decided to go with Eagar heating and air. Orem AC & Heating Work Experience

Orem HVAC Repair & Installation

Mid summer, our Orem customer, Richard, reached out to us to fix his AC. The units were old and as we ran our diagnostic we determined that it was time to replace the system. Our inspection found that the compressor was bind up and the dual capacitor was reading low. After unbidden in the compressor, we found that the unit still wouldn’t cool the home.

Re replaced the units with a Goodman 2 Ton 13 seer system. To get to the furnace, we had to remove the water heater, then replace the furnace, and then re-install the water heater.

Orem Furnace Repair

Robert, a long time Orem customer of ours had a furnace tune up earlier in the year and called us back to install a filter rack for his furnace. This would allow for a bigger and better filter for the furnace. We were able to send one of our technicians to his home, and install the new filter rack for his upstairs furnace.

Orem Fireplace Removal

As one of the only fireplace installation & HVAC companies in Utah, we regularly find ourselves repairing and installing fireplaces. In some cases however, homeowners might want to remove a fireplace. That is exactly what Zach, an Orem homeowner, wanted to do. he called us in to remove his fireplace and to cap the gas line. We were able to come in, remove the framing around the fireplace, remove the fireplace insert and to cap the gas line.

Orem Furnace Installation

We went out on a service call for Reese, a property manager in Orem. We looked at the homes furnace and found that there was a crack in the heat exchanger. This is a common issue with older furnaces. It was time to install a new unit.

Our technicians installed a Day and Night 2 ton 80% efficient furnace system to replace the old unit.

Orem AC Repair

Our Orem customer Randy and recommended us to his sister Mindy. Mindy’s AC was not cooling so we came out to inspect the system. We cleaned the evaporator coil and checked the coolant levels. We found that the unit was out of coolant. We were able to identify the leak and install the coolant which brought the system back to order.

Orem Air Conditioner Replacement & Installation

Mat, an Orem homeowner, had an AC that wasn’t working. This old unit was not worth the fix with all of the issues. We had to replace the unit and installed a 2 ton 13 seer goodman AC. This came with a new indoor coil which would cool the home for years to come!

Orem AC & Heater Replacement & Installation

Our team went out to an Orem home to repair a heater only to find that the old unit, after servicing for 15 years was spent and it was time to replace the units. Marissa, the homeowner, decided to replace both the AC and Heater since both were showing age. We replaced her furnace and AC with a 40,000 btu 80% Day and Night furnace and a 2 tone AC.

Orem AC Repair

One of our partners had a tenant in Orem with an AC that went out. We were in the middle of summer so we quickly went to see what was causing the issue with the air conditioner. We found that the condenser fan motor was seized up and needed to replaced. We also found that the air filter was clogged.

After replacing the condenser fan motor we also changed the filter. We recommended that the tenant change the filter every 2 weeks since they had multiple pets with hair that more quickly clogged the air filters.

Orem Air Conditioner Repair

One of our partner property management companies reached out to explain that one of his units isn’t working property. We went out to the home and the tenant was able to show us which AC was needing repair. We ran a full diagnostic and found that the blower motor had shorted and and took the relays out on the circuit board.

We replaced the OEM blower motor and the capacitor in the furnace. We also replaced the circuit board which brought the unit back to full working order.
