"Brian was here when he said and was just great, he had to replace the motor and didn't have the one needed in his truck so drove up to Orem to get what I needed and came right back to put it in! He did such a nice job of cleaning the inside of the fireplace all out and made it look like new, he even put down in the front of the logs what looked like insulation to give it the look of burning embers and it made such a big difference.He was very polite and wanted to make sure I was happy with everything , I would highly recommend Brian!"

Highland AC & Heating Work Experience

Highland Furnace repair

Since 2018 we have been helping our customer, chuck, with all of his AC and Furnace repair needs. In winter of 2021 Chuck reached out to us to fix the furnace of one of his tenants. We sent one of our technicians to identify what would cause the furnace not to turn on.

Our technician ran a full diagnostic and was able to identify the issues. The thermostat wasn’t working properly so replaced it with a new T701 digital display thermostat. This allowed the furnace to turn on/off, however we also identified a faulty flame sensor, and a high limit switch that would trip. Additional we found that the capacitor for the blower was just outside its tolerances. We cleaned the flame sensor and changed the air filter which was the cause of the high limit switch tripping. We didn’t immediately change the capacitor as it was still working but recommended they change it next year.

Highland AC Tune Up

One of our trusted customers in Highland had recommended us to one of their neighbors Cheryl. Cheryl heard good things about our services and asked for an AC tune up. Her main floor AC wasn’t cooling right and wanted us to identify any issues. We made sure to bing our shoe covers to not track mud into her home. We tuned up the AC and waited to make sure that it was cooling properly.

Highland Air Conditioner Install

David, a Highland homeowner was running his AC in early summer when they heard a popping noise and then all of the lights went out. We quickly came to see what the problem was and found that their 15 year old AC was no longer servacable and needed to be replaced. The next day we installed a 5 ton 13 sear Mana air conditioner.

Highland AC Repair

We got a call from Mitch, a Highland resident about an AC tune up. He was using another company that would come out each year to put coolant into AC but never fixing the leak. We came and identified the leak was in his coil and the only way to repair would be to replace the coil.

Our technician Chris came and installed a new coil and replaced the OEM blower motor and capacitor in the furnace since the unit was almost 15 years old. After leaving his AC was working great and he won’t have to worry about someone coming back to add coolant to the system again.

Highland Furnace Repair

One of our highland customers Nate, called us in early spring of this year to come check on his furnace that just went out. We sent our technician Brian to check it out. he found that the circuit board needed to be replaced and that since the furnace was really dirty the blower and burners needed to be cleans. he also found that the furnace’s capacitor was out of its tolerance.

Nate agreed and we quickly set to work. We replaced the circuit board and the capacitor. We cleaned the blower and burners and ran a complimentary furnace tune up. The heater was fixed and ready for many winters to come.
