Plasant Grove Furnace & AC Install
Brian had reached out to us in early August with an AC that went out. That same day we sent out our technician to try and repair the unit. Unfortunately, we determined that the 15 year old system would need to be replaced. Because the AC and Heater were the same age, Brian decided to replace both units.
We sent a crew the next day to install a Day and Night 3 ton, 16 seer single stage Mainline AC system. We also installed a 96% efficient variable speed furnace. We were able to connect to the existing duct, gas and electrical lines and replaced both units within the same day.
Furnace Repair in Pleasant Grove
One of our customers, Sue had a rental property in Pleasant Grove and was having issues with her furnace. The biggest issue was that her furnace would “short cycle” which means it would turn on for short amounts of time and hardly heat the home. She had an inspector come out and they couldn’t find the issue. She called us worried that she would need to replace the unit.

We found that there was a leak in the line. Unfortunately the leak was not easily accessible. The cost to repair the leak would have been $1,400. Because of this, and the fact that the unit was already 10 years old, the Dallin decided to replace the entire unit.
We installed a Day and Night 2.5 ton 15 seer air conditioning system. we also installed a 96% efficient two stage variable speed furnace. We connected to existing duct, electrical and gas. We were able to remove and install the new equipment within the same day.

We mentioned that we could recharge the unit, but this usually means that there is a leak and that this would need to be repaired. We gave her the choice, but advised that we recharge the unit this year, and come back and check next year to see if it needs to be replaced.
