HVAC Heating and Cooling Upgrade in Springville

Springville HVAC Heating and Cooling Upgrade

Brad was looking for a comprehensive upgrade of his home’s HVAC system to enhance comfort and efficiency in the Springville area. Understanding the importance of a reliable and effective system, our team, led by Ryan, provided an expert assessment and detailed estimates for a high-efficiency furnace and air conditioning system. We looked hard for an HVAC system that both matched Brad’s needs while also cutting his costs long-term.

This installation not only improved the environmental comfort of Brad’s home but also optimized energy use, leading to potential cost savings on utility bills. The installation process was meticulously planned and executed, ensuring minimal disruption to Brad’s daily life. Our commitment to service excellence was evident through our clear communication and responsive customer service, which Brad greatly appreciated.

Springville HVAC Tune Up and Filter Swap

As part of their service agreement., Jack and Janice received a complimentary HVAC tune-up. This routine maintenance was conducted to ensure the optimal performance of their air conditioning units as the summer season began. During the visit, our technician, Ben, performed a thorough inspection and maintenance of both air conditioning units. The primary tasks included checking the capacitors, contactors, and refrigerant levels.

Ben found that both filters were dirty, which could impede airflow and efficiency. Fortunately, Jack and Janice had already purchased replacements, which were stored in the furnace room. Ben installed these new filters, ensuring that the HVAC would run efficiently while taking stress off the whole system. He also hosed off both AC units to remove debris and improve efficiency.

Capacitor and Flame Sensor Replacement in Springville

Springville Capacitor and Flame Sensor Replacement

Jacobee received service for his furnace, ensuring the system was running efficiently during the winter months. We needed to replace a run capacitor and clean the flame sensor to maintain the furnace’s performance. On the following day, another inspection was conducted due to concerns about the furnace tripping on a high limit, which was possibly due to an overly restrictive filter.

During this visit, we made adjustments to fix the issue and ensure the furnace ran as it should. The goal was to address concerns quickly and ensure furnace efficiency to keep costs down for the client. This was reflected in the end result and Jacobee’s satisfaction with our visits.

Springville AC Repair

Jeremiah and Martha experienced an issue with their newly installed air conditioning system, which was not functioning when they attempted to turn it on for the first time this season. We were called to diagnose and fix the issue. Upon inspection, the technician activated the thermostat, and the system started without delay.

The AC monitored closely to ensure it was operating as it should. We checked the temperature difference closely to ensure no further problems directed. It is always our pleasure to provide after-installation support, and we look forward to helping Jeremiah and Martha with any future HVAC concerns.

HVAC Upgrade in Springville

Springville HVAC Upgrade

Jon and Ashley invested in a significant upgrade of their home’s HVAC system, incorporating advanced and efficient units to ensure comfort throughout the seasons. This comprehensive service involved the replacement of their existing furnace and air conditioning systems with new high-efficiency models. We installed an Amana 96% efficient furnace system. This included connecting to existing gas, electrical, and ducting infrastructures.

To maximize the benefits, we ran PVC venting, raised the furnace on a base, and incorporated a high-efficiency air filter to improve air quality. This was in addition to multiple Amana 16 SEER air conditioning systems installations. Each unit was connected to existing linesets and electrical setups. This substantial investment in their home’s heating and cooling systems not only enhances their comfort but also increases the property’s value by incorporating modern, energy-efficient technology. We were honored to help them from start to finish with this project.

Joseph, planning an expansion to his home, required an advanced HVAC system to support the increased living space efficiently. Referred by his sister, Tina, he wanted a system that would offer both performance and energy efficiency. We provided him a plan for a high-efficiency 3 Ton 16 SEER, 96% efficient furnace system, ideal for the new space demands. The furnace setup includes a 17 1/2” width, tailored for the space with a custom base designed to accommodate dual filter returns on each side, enhancing air quality throughout the home.

Installation plans also include a 4” filter box, ensuring easy maintenance and optimal filtration. The idea is to ensure that Joseph’s home expansion will be equipped with a state-of-the-art HVAC system that matches the rest of the construction project’s quality and provides comfort for years to come.

Water Pooling in Springville

Springville Water Pooling

In the middle of a warm season, Kent noticed a worrying pool of water forming on the furnace at his business. Concerned it might be a costly issue, he contacted us for a prompt inspection and repair, agreeing to cover the costs personally. Upon arrival, the technician discovered that the AC coil was frozen, causing water to overflow and leak due to a rusted coil pan that failed to direct the water into the drain. Further inspection revealed that most air vents in the office were closed, exacerbating the issue by restricting air flow and causing the coil to freeze.

After adjusting the setup to prevent immediate recurrence by reopening the vents and defrosting the coil, the technician advised Kent of the potential for ongoing issues due to the rust damage and outdated system. They discussed the necessity for a more permanent solution, recommending the installation of a new, more efficient AC unit and coil system to prevent future disruptions. Kent appreciated the thorough service and clear communication from our team, feeling reassured about managing the building’s HVAC needs effectively.
