Orem AC & Heating Work Experience

Orem HVAC Repair & Installation

Mid summer, our Orem customer, Richard, reached out to us to fix his HVAC system. The units were old and as we ran our diagnostic we determined that it was time to replace the system. Our inspection found that the compressor was bind up and the dual capacitor was reading low. After unbidden in the compressor, we found that the unit still wouldn’t cool the home. 

Re replaced the units with a Goodman 2 Ton 13 seer system. To get to the furnace, we had to remove the water heater, then replace the furnace, and then re-install the water heater. 

Randy HVAC System

Our Orem customer Randy and recommended us to his sister Mindy. Mindy’s HVAC unit was not cooling so we came out to inspect the system. We cleaned the evaporator coil and checked the coolant levels. We found that the unit was out of coolant. We were able to identify the leak and install the coolant which brought the system back to order.  

Fan motor Replacement for HVAC System

One of our partners had a tenant in Orem with an HVAC system that went out. We were in the middle of summer so we quickly went to see what was causing the issue with the air conditioner. We found that the condenser fan motor was seized up and needed to replaced. We also found that the air filter was clogged. 

After replacing the condenser fan motor we also changed the filter. We recommended that the tenant change the filter every 2 weeks since they had multiple pets with hair that more quickly clogged the air filters. 

HVAC Full Repair for Our Partner

One of our partner property management companies reached out to explain that one of his units isn’t working property. We went out to the home and the tenant was able to show us which unit was needing repair. We ran a full diagnostic and found that the blower motor had shorted and and took the relays out on the circuit board. 

We replaced the OEM blower motor and the capacitor in the furnace. We also replaced the circuit board which brought the unit back to full working order.
