We sent our technician Brian to repair the next day. Brian quickly diagnosed that the thermocouple was bad. We also found that the gas valve was bad as well. Brian able to replace those parts in the same visit and got the fireplace working right away.

We were selected to do the install and we sent Christopher and Nate to her home to complete the install. We installed an 80,000 btu Amana furnace and a 16 sear 2.5 ton Air Conditioner. Because the units we installed were more efficient than the ones we replaced, we needed to run a new line set between the units. We also needed to cap the old flue and install a new flue to fit the new furnace.
Although a large job, our crew was able to remove the existing units and install the new units within the same day.
